On the strength of SD Shields Ltd.’s work for health care labor groups Health Professionals & Allied Employees and the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses & Allied Professionals, the union representing nurses at New Jersey’s Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center approached us about building a modern, user-friendly website that could be easily managed by their small staff. In addition to a clean back-end interface for their management and a simple front-facing interface for its membership, they wanted a website that would look very much at home next to the large scale websites developed by and for the national union, the United Steelworkers.
